Our client consistently named one of the Best Performing Community Banks in the U.S., seeks to hire a trust administration officer. The position offers variety in the type of accounts managed.  Additionally, our client is looking at succession planning with this hire.

As Trust Administration Officer, your duties will include: 
  • Client service and outreach
  • Making presentations to board members while working with foundations and trusts.
  • Administer a variety of accounts i.e. estates, investment management, special needs and foundations
  • Participate in new business as a team goal 
  • Inherit a small number of accounts, with room to grow
  • Know about unique assets i.e. real estate, etc.
  • Proactively mitigate risk
  • Supervise and mentor an assistant 

As the successful candidate for Trust Administration Officer, you will:
  • Must be team oriented.
  • Experience working with foundations 
  • Experience administering a variety of accounts i.e. estates, investment management, special needs, and estate planning.
  • Be able to write complex communication.
  • Confident in communication, be able to build rapport
  • Knowledge of investments to explain performance and asset allocation.
  • Experience working with very knowledgeable high net worth individuals
