Our client a successful, well respected, multi-billion asset financial institution is expanding their wealth division.  They seek a Wealth Strategist to lead growth with estate planning.  You will work with high net worth (HNW) and ultra high net worth (UHNW) clients.  Working in Northwest Arkansas, you will consult with prospects and current clients on their financial needs including but not limited to tax and estate planning, trusts, and investments.  This is an opportunity to join a firm in an accelerated growth mode, offering opportunity for professional growth. There is some flexibility on office location within the state

  • Using estate planning, lead growth of high net worth (HNW) and ultra high net worth (UHNW) clients
  • Provide unbiased advice to high net worth (HNW) and ultra high net worth (UHNW) individuals around estate planning, financial planning, trust services, investment management, insurance/risk management and customized credit needs
  • Work with fiduciary, brokerage, investment, and credit professionals to fully advise clients and prospective clients
  • Present estate / financial plans to close new business
  • Develop relationships with internal centers of influence and external centers of influence by being a part of the high net worth (HNW) community and professional community

  • As Wealth Strategist, you will:
  • Have a minimum of 10 years wealth management experience working with high net worth individuals
  • Have an understanding of estate planning including trusts and estates, and investments.
  • Have estate planning experience
  • Experience pulling a team together to meet the needs of high net worth (HNW) clients 
  • Be a self starter
  • Have successful sales experience.
  • Bachelors degree required
  • CFP, CTFA, CPA, CFA or JD a plus
  • Have or be willing to obtain Series 7,63, 66, or 65

Compensation:  Base salary $100,000 to $125,000 plus incentive
