Our client consistently rated one of the top community banks nationally seeks to hire someone to administer trust accounts. You will work with foundations and a variety of accounts in this team-oriented, customer focused wealth division.  They offer career growth.  This position factors into their succession planning.
 
Duties:   
As Trust Administration Officer, you will: 
  • Administer foundations and a variety of accounts including estates, investment agencies, special needs trusts, etc. 
  • Work with and make presentations to boards
  • Explain investment performance and asset allocations to clients.
  • Participate in a team new business goal by referring business to the team and participating in sales presentations.  No cold calling.
  • Supervise and mentor an assistant.
Qualifications: 
As the successful candidate for Trust Administration Officer, you will:
  • Be proactive in serving clients and mitigating risk
  • Enjoy and have successful experience working in a team environment
  • Have experience administering foundations; need to have had board interaction experience and ability to present to a board 
  • Have experience administering a variety of accounts i.e. estates, investment management, special needs, estate planning
  • Have experience in court settings for trust accounting, hearings; not litigation
  • Have experience working very knowledgeable high net worth individuals
  • Be able to write complex communication
  • Confident in communication, be able to build rapport
